What started as a concession business "Pierre's Trandafir Concession" in 1995 has developed now into two different- but linked businesses, of cultivating mushrooms and serving our customers at different fairs and festivals throughout United States. Growing requests for more natural and organic produce in the past years has made us take the decission of growing our own product for individual sales needs or organic wholesales markets.
