Ingredients
1 oz shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Corn tortillas
Toppings: Avocado, cilantro, lime, salsa, or any preferred toppings
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
Add cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder. Stir to coat the mushrooms evenly with spices.
Warm up the tortillas.
Assemble tacos with the seasoned shiitake mushrooms and your favorite toppings like avocado, cilantro, and salsa.
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
