Ingredients

  • 1 oz shiitake mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Corn tortillas

  • Toppings: Avocado, cilantro, lime, salsa, or any preferred toppings

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until tender.

  • Add cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder. Stir to coat the mushrooms evenly with spices.

  • Warm up the tortillas.

  • Assemble tacos with the seasoned shiitake mushrooms and your favorite toppings like avocado, cilantro, and salsa.

  • Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
