Ingredients
1 oz shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sugar
Cooked rice for serving
Preparation
Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the onions and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another minute to combine all the flavors.
Serve over a bed of rice.
