Ingredients

  • Lion’s Mane mushroom caps

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the whole mushroom caps.

  • Cook the mushrooms on each side for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy.

  • Drizzle soy sauce and balsamic vinegar over the mushrooms and continue to cook for another minute or so.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or over a salad.
