Ingredients
Lion’s Mane mushroom caps
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the whole mushroom caps.
Cook the mushrooms on each side for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy.
Drizzle soy sauce and balsamic vinegar over the mushrooms and continue to cook for another minute or so.
Garnish with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or over a salad.
