Our Story

In the spring of 2020, the world changed. For over 20 years our family made a living by selling food at fairs and festivals. But when the pandemic hit, everything came to a sudden halt. Fairs were canceled, gatherings disappeared, and our livelihood, like so many others, was left in limbo.

 

What started as a small idea to fill the gap quickly grew into something bigger. We converted part of our land into a mushroom farm, and with a lot of hard work, research, and determination, we began cultivating high-quality mushrooms.
